1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and ORACLE OG PRO CONNECT ("Company", "we", "us" or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website oracleogproconnect.com.ng and all related services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, browsing the platform, or using any of our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

ORACLE OG PRO CONNECT is an online platform that connects clients with skilled artisans, professional service providers, business owners, and drivers across Nigeria. Our services include but are not limited to:

• An artisan directory for finding skilled tradespeople across all 36 states
• A marketplace for buying and selling products from Nigerian businesses
• A ride-booking service for transporting artisans and clients
• A community feed for sharing work, connecting with others, and going live
• A direct messaging system between clients and service providers
• An interactive map showing artisans near the user's location

We act as a marketplace and technology platform only. We do not directly employ artisans or service providers, and we are not a party to any service agreements between users. All arrangements made through the platform are between the client and the artisan directly.

3. User Accounts & Registration

To access most features of the Platform, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or engage in fraudulent or harmful behaviour on the Platform.

4. Artisan Terms

If you register as an artisan on the Platform, you additionally agree to the following:

• Accuracy: All information in your artisan profile, including skills, qualifications, certifications, and location, must be accurate and truthful.
• Identity Verification: You consent to our identity verification process, which may include submission of a government-issued ID.
• Professional Conduct: You agree to treat all clients with respect and professionalism at all times.
• Quality of Work: You agree to perform all services to a professional standard and honour any warranties or guarantees you offer to clients.
• No Solicitation: You agree not to contact clients for purposes outside of legitimate service delivery, and not to attempt to move transactions off the platform to avoid our systems.
• Reviews: You agree not to solicit or offer incentives for fake or manipulated reviews.

5. Client Terms

If you register as a client on the Platform, you additionally agree to:

• Use the platform only for legitimate service-seeking purposes
• Treat all artisans and service providers with respect and dignity
• Pay agreed fees promptly and honestly upon satisfactory completion of services
• Leave honest, accurate reviews based on your genuine experience
• Not make false claims or engage in any form of harassment against artisans
• Verify the identity of artisans before allowing them access to your property

6. Marketplace Rules

Users of the ORACLE OG PRO CONNECT Marketplace agree to the following rules:

• All products listed for sale must be legal under Nigerian law and authentic
• Product descriptions must be accurate; misleading listings are strictly prohibited
• Counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited goods are not permitted on the Marketplace
• Sellers are responsible for delivering goods in the condition described
• Buyers agree to pay the listed price; price manipulation or fraud is grounds for account termination
• All disputes between buyers and sellers will be mediated by our support team where possible

7. Payments & Fees

ORACLE OG PRO CONNECT uses Paystack and other secure payment processors to handle transactions on the Platform. By using payment features on our Platform, you agree to be bound by the terms of these payment processors.

We reserve the right to charge service fees for certain transactions on the Platform. Any applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before you complete a transaction. We are not responsible for charges levied by your bank or card provider in connection with transactions on the Platform.

All payments made through the Platform are governed by our refund and dispute resolution policy. For disputes about payments, please contact our support team at oracleogproconnect@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction date.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users of the Platform are strictly prohibited from:

• Posting false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent content
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose under Nigerian or international law
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or our systems
• Scraping, copying, or systematically downloading Platform content without written permission
• Using automated bots or scripts to interact with the Platform
• Posting sexually explicit, violent, or hate-based content
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions or bans
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or financial fraud through the Platform

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and reporting to relevant Nigerian authorities.

9. Limitation of Liability

ORACLE OG PRO CONNECT provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform and its content.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• The quality, safety, or legality of services provided by artisans found through the Platform
• Any disputes between clients and artisans or buyers and sellers
• Unauthorised access to your account or personal data
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Platform content

Users are advised to exercise their own due diligence when engaging with any artisan, driver, or seller found through the Platform.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the ORACLE OG PRO CONNECT Platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of ORACLE OG PRO CONNECT and is protected by applicable Nigerian and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express written permission. By posting content on the Platform (including profile photos, work photos, listings, and community posts), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content on the Platform and in our marketing materials.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate in our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or platform notification.
